The satellite TV, dishwasher, and balcony were a nice touch, but honestly, the highlight was the free WiFi throughout the property. I mean, what would we do without WiFi these days, right?
Oh, nothing at all. Everything was just perfect.

Would stay here again, no doubt. Fabulous base for travelling to Birmingham and sightseeing. Nice welcome from host. Lovely rooms overall with blackout blinds or curtains. Magnificent, perfect setting near an industrial area, Convention Centre, and Birmingham. Btw, located in the middle of the city.

This place was mind-blowing! The property was clearly brand new and everything looked super lovely. The spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms were jaw-dropping, and there were nearby restaurants and a railroad for convenience. The fast response from the developers was impressive, and the very good Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected. The clean and well-stocked kitchen, along with plenty of bedding, added to the overall comfort. The location was great, with a large Tesco nearby and just a 10-minute walk to the Utilita Arena/Convention Centre.

The apartment provided a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, allowing us to cook and prepare meals easily. With a terrace and city views, we were able to enjoy a relaxing and scenic atmosphere during our stay. The presence of a satellite flat-screen TV in the seating area kept us entertained with our favorite shows and movies. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries added a touch of luxury and convenience to our stay. The location near popular points of interest made it easy for us to explore and discover the city.
Limited seating options in the dining room/kitchen area made it a bit uncomfortable for our group.

The nearest airport is Birmingham Airport - great, just what I wanted, to be reminded of the impending doom of travel. A dishwasher, a microwave and stovetop were also provided - perfect, now I can pretend I'm a domestic goddess while on vacation. Free WiFi provided throughout the property - because who needs human interaction when there's the internet?
I loved that the apartment had a patio because nothing says relaxation like listening to the lovely sounds of traffic and construction right outside my door.

My recent stay at Sydenham Place was absolutely stunning. The property was brand new and the rooms and facilities were superb. The layout was well-designed and exactly as described. I especially loved the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the open plan kitchen/diner/living room. The location was also great, with a large Tesco nearby and only a 10-minute walk to the Utilita Arena/Convention Centre. I highly recommend this place despite a few minor drawbacks.
